Kharis is responsible for security of your order until it is delivered to you by the carrier. After receiving your order, we will deliver it to you within 7-14 days.

Upon delivery of courier package, check the package for damage. If the cargo package is damaged, write down the report. Do not accept the cargo package.

All of our shipments are sent as a gift package in special packaging and in special packaging for the product. 

1 –  If we have products in our stock which you order, it will be delivered to you within 7 business days.

2 –  Your special orders are produced within 7 days. The product will be delivered to cargo after production process.

3 – The weights written in the description are based on standard size rings. There may be (+) or (-) %10 difference in ring model weights depending on the size of your ring size.

4 –  Please contact us for your product returns.

Online Sales Return and Exchange Procedure:

  • The buyer has the statutory right to withdraw from the agreement and to return the ordered product from kharisjewellery.com during a trial period of 14 days after receiving the product. In this case, you will get the full amount you paid, excluding customs and shipping costs. The shipment costs of a return shipment within the trial period are borne by the buyer.
  • In order to utilise this right, you should inform us about your decision to withdraw within 14 days after you receive your purchase via our email info@kharisjewellery.com or by using our contact section on our website. If you complete the return process without getting approval from kharisjewellery.com, your return will not be accepted.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products that are customized to the person by making changes or additions to the metal karat and colour since we do not keep them in stock due to the rarity of the sizes. 
  • When the buyer’s request is made in a special color different from the metal color offered on the website, or in special orders placed outside the dimensions of the products presented on the website, products produced in line with the customer’s requests, such as rings with writing on them, are not within the scope of the right of withdrawal.
  • The return of any product with precious stones on it, other than gold rings, is not subject to the right of withdrawal, as it requires a long process in terms of testing the changes that may have been made to the product sent.
  • The statutory right of withdrawal only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same state as when received. The buyer is only allowed to unpack and/or use the ordered product as far as is needed to be able to determine whether he/she wants to keep the product. To be able to use your right of withdrawal the product must be completely undamaged and unused. Products that have been damaged or physically altered in any way are strictly non-refundable. After the product is inspected by our experts, your return request will be accepted. In case the product is received broken or damaged, the buyer is obliged to inform us immediately and we will send further instructions on how to proceed. We will not accept a return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
  • The buyer must keep the (official, digital) receipt of his/her return shipment that contains the tracking information. If your purchase is issued on behalf of your company, returns will not be completed unless your original return invoice is not sent with your product. Please be aware that the product and the packaging must be in the same condition in which you have received it.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipment of the product and bears all the risks related to the return shipment. The buyer, as the sender of the return shipment, must start the complaint procedure for any issue that may occur with the return shipment. The buyer must keep the (official, digital) receipt of his/her return shipment that contains the tracking information.
  • In case all the conditions applicable to the statutory right of withdrawal are met, Kharis Jewellery will credit the buyer within 14 days after receiving the return shipment (no credit applies for costs of the return shipment). Any credit due as a result of a returned product will be credited to the account that the buyer used to pay for the original order.
